| Put Quality First Windmill Software is a strong supporter of the Quality First initiative, a covenant for healthy, affordable, and ethical long term care. The members of the American Health Care Association and the The National Center for Assisted Living have a long history of delivering quality care and continuously striving for performance excellence. In July of 2002, this history gained significant momentum with the launch of the profession-wide initiative called Quality First. Joining AHCA/NCAL in the committment to Quality First are: The Alliance for Quality Nursing Home Care and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. Through this initiative, every AHCA/NCAL member is united with long term care providers across the continuum of aging services: adult day services, home health, community services, senior housing, assisted living residences, continuing care retirement communities, long term care (LTC), and nursing homes to articulate the committment to creating quality of care and quality of life. |
