The Watch, Listen, and Learn Library Expands
Our collection of PM Worx Watch, Listen, and Learn videos continues to blossom,
with three new titles added to the series. These short how-to clips are bursting with information on everything you need to know about using PM Worx in your Senior Living Community. It’s the definitive A-Z guide to maintenance management, with advice on anything from Adding a Contractor to Retiring an Asset. If you’re new to the wonders of Watch, Listen, and Learn, you’ll find all 36 of them at our Members Only website.
Here’s a sneak preview of the three new titles we’ve added since our December issue of Worx Wire:
- PM Worx Security: Adding a Request-Only User Account:
Find out how to provide your staff with the appropriate level of access to PM Worx. Discover the shortcut to adding multiple requestors. Follow these step-by-step instructions and, within 10 minutes of set-up, your staff will be able to log in and place Work Requests online.
- PM Worx Security: Adding a Technician:
Find out how to give your Technicians selective access to PM Worx. Allow them to update their records and time sheets, but deny them access to staff pay rates or reassignment of Work Orders. Discover which reports will be disabled when someone with restricted access uses the system. Learn about the duplicate function for adding multiple technicians, and the quickest way to select appropriate permission levels.
- Asset Maintenance History Reporting:
Once you’ve mastered the art of linking assets to work orders, this Watch, Listen, and Learn will show you how to produce a comprehensive asset maintenance history report. Find out how the PM Worx asset multi-select filter (new in version 6.3) could help you pass state inspection. Discover the power of this tool to help you decide if and when you should make asset repair/replace decisions. Call us for details on how to get your PM Worx v6.3 with the new asset multi-select filter.
We know it can be tough to find the time in a busy day to sit down and watch a video, but a few minutes today could save you hours tomorrow.
